We cordially invite your organization to assist small farmers by providing financial support for the April 2000 Workshop. Your financial support is vital to the programs success. Sponsors will be acknowledged as indicated below and in other ways at the workshop. In addition to bringing visibility to your organization, your contribution is tax-deductible. If you are unable to serve as a financial sponsor, we encourage you to participate as an exhibitor. Exhibit Information
The workshop is designed to bring together individuals from all aspects of the agriculture industry. Workshop participants will include learning institutions, community-based organizations, government agencies, and private industry. We encourage you to bring your displays and information to distribute to the Workshop participants.
The Agricenter International accommodates 100 exhibit booths on the main floor in the atrium area. This is an excellent opportunity to display your organization in a user-friendly setting that will also enable you to interact with other individuals from the agriculture industry, as well as farmers.
Exhibit Space Information and Fees
The fee for each exhibit is based on two tier levels.

Set-Up Times: After 2:00pm on Monday, April 10 until 5:00pm on
Wednesday, April 12
Exhibit Times: 9:00am on Tuesday, April 11 until 10:00am on Thursday, April
13
Take Down Time: No later than 12 noon on Thursday, April 13
Note: Electrical services (110 Volt use only) will be provided by the Agricenter and is included in the cost of the booth. You will be contacted around the first of April to confirm specific arrangements for your exhibit, such as additional tables, chairs, electrical service and to make shipping arrangements.
